ONAM 2020  GOVT CIRCULAR 

 ഓണം അഡ്വാൻസ്,  അലവൻസ്, ബോണസ് എന്നീ ബില്ലുകൾ കൗണ്ടർ സൈൻ ഒഴിവാക്കി നൽകണമെന്ന് ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടുകൊണ്ട് ഇന്നലെ തന്നെ ഫൈനാൻസ് ൽ നാം സബ്മിഷൻ നൽകിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. മാത്രവുമല്ല ഈ മാസവും കൂടി കോവിടു രോഗവ്യാപനസാധ്യത കണക്കിലെടുത്ത് ബില്ലുകളുടെ  ഹാർഡ് കോപ്പിസബ്മിഷൻ ഒഴിവാക്കി  മെയിൽ ചെയ്ത് tressuary ക്ക് നൽകാൻ ആവശ്യമായ അനുവാദം കൂടി നൽകണമെന്ന് അഭ്യർത്ഥിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്.

 ഉത്തരവ് ഈ ആഴ്ച പകുതിയോടെ ഇറങ്ങും എന്ന് പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കുന്നു. ഹാർഡ് കോപ്പി സബ്മിഷൻ ഒഴിവാക്കിക്കൊണ്ടുള്ള ഉത്തരവിൽ വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ വകുപ്പിനെ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തിക്കൊണ്ടുള്ള തീരുമാനം സെപ്റ്റംബർ മാസം മുതൽ ഉണ്ടാകും. നിലവിൽ ഇപ്പോൾ ട്രഷറി അടക്കം 15 ഡിപ്പാർട്ട്മെന്റ്കളെ ആണ്  ഉൾക്കൊള്ളിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളത്. വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ വകുപ്പിനെ ഇതിൽ നിന്നും ഒഴിവാക്കി കൊണ്ടുള്ള തീരുമാനം സംബന്ധിച്ച സോഫ്റ്റ്‌വെയർ അപ്ഡേഷൻ അവസാനഘട്ടത്തിലാണ്. 

 ശമ്പളബില്ലുകൾ അടക്കമുള്ള മറ്റെല്ലാ ബില്ലുകളും ഇതിലുൾപ്പെടും.  *All DDOs are requested to strictly adhere to instructions in Circular No. 44/2020/FIN dated 11/8/2020.*

*Certify that the Onam Advance bill prepared as per the Order No. G.O(P)No.108/2020/Fin date. 15-08-2020 , It will be recovered in five equal installments from October 2020 salary onwards. The amount claimed in this bill has not been drawn previously*

         

*Onam Allowance Bill :-*

*Certify that the Special Onam Allowance bill prepared as per the Order No. G.O(P)No. 107/2020/Fin Date.15-08-2020.The amount claimed in this bill has not been drawn previously*

          

*Ad-HOC Bonus Bill :-*

*Certify that the Ad-HOC Bonus Bill prepared as per the Order No.107/2020/Fin Date.15-08-2020 , they are in permanent Govt Service on 31/03/2020 and having a continues service Six Months or more during the year 2019-20. The amount claimed in this bill has not been drawn previously*
